OliveOlive: We wanted to adopt a little dog in honor of Lulu, who had passed away just a month earlier. Some say it was too soon, but we think it was meant to be. The moment we saw sweet little Olive online at Petfinder.com, we jumped at the chance to adopt her. A few days later, we drove to Orlando to pick her up!

Olive loves to play! She wiggles, wags, and jumps. She chases balls, squeeker toys, and stuffed animals. She's 100% high energy packed in a little six pound little body. She pulls out all the stops when it comes to rawhides. And she loves food. She's a terrier through and through!

This little girly is a real cuddle big.

Olive celebrates her birthday on February 22.

RustyRusty Schulz (R.I.P.): This little old grandpa doggy came to live with us in sunny south Florida in the fall of 2009 by way of my sister Jennifer and her husband Ben. They brought Rusty to Florida to retire and enjoy his last remaining years with us--which he did. He lived out his remaining days comfortably and happily.

Good old Rusty celebrated his birthday on October 22. He passed on to Heaven January 10, 2012. He is terribly missed and we can't wait to see this good boy in Heaven.

JackJack Schulz (R.I.P.): was king pup in the Schulz household. He was our first furbaby, and we had him the longest. We adopted him when he was six, and had him for thirteen years. There's a big hole in our heart now that he's gone on to Heaven, but we know he's in God's care now...

This native Seattlite had a life of adventure. From the little town of Renton, WA to the sparkly streets of Manhattan, Jack traveled all over the country--across the USA and up and down the east and west coasts. He loved going to parks ("barks") and beaches, playing with other dogs, toys (his favorite game was tug-o-war), and napping on the Oma chair in his later years.

Jack was a movie star dog. He was always very photogenic and hammed it up. Speaking of stars, he hob-nobbed with several of them--including Mr. T and David Hasselhoff. And while living in NYC, he accompanied us to work every day, spending time with boss Bob Meyrowitz, Joanna Malloy, Jade Barrymore, and Debbie Rochon.

Jack's birthday was February 22 (1993?). He passed on to Heaven September July 16, 2011. We miss him terribly and we can't wait to see him in Heaven.

LuluLulu Schulz (R.I.P.): We adopted Lulu from a shelter in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Originally named Minnie--which we thought was appropriate for this 3 1/2 pound little baby--my hubby suggested she looks more like a "Lucile" (after Arrested Development's Lucile I and II). So, we went with that. We called her Lulu for short and a bunch of other fun nicknames, too.

This sweet palm-princess was so happy to have a forever home with us--and we were blessed and lucky enough to have her. We gave her the best home and the most love and care anyone could ever want or wish for.

Lulu passed on to Heaven to join her sister Libby Schulz on January 10, 2010. Her death was sudden and unexpected (chronic heart failure). Lulu celebrated her birthday on January 22 (1998?). Though Heaven has gained yet another angel, we miss her so much and we can't wait to see her in Heaven.

LibbyLibby Schulz (R.I.P.): This sweet little old grandma doggie came to us from Staten Island. As with Jack, we found Libby's photo online and instantly fell in love with her. A few days later, we went down to the shelter and adopted her.

Lib was always very fond of sunning herself, listening to music, getting "pet-i-cures", barking at other dogs around at the "bark" (including Jack), going on walkies, getting good tummy rubs, and eating yummy treats.

Battling chronic heart failure and seizures, Libby passed on to Heaven July 12, 2008. Her birthday was September 22 (1993?). We miss her terribly and we can't wait to see her in Heaven.
